Arvidsson stuns Anna

Second-seeded Anna Chakvetadze crashed out of the Diamond Games on Thursday with a 6-3, 7-5 defeat at the hands of Sweden's Sofia Arvidsson.
Ranked sixth in the world after winning the Open Gaz de France on Sunday, Chakvetadze was unable to get her game going against Arvidsson, who is 60 places below the Russian in the WTA rankings.
Chakvetadze was treated for back pains during a first set peppered with errors. She rallied briefly in the second but was unable to maintain her focus and Arvidsson broke her serve to secure a place in the quarterfinals.
